6 Ways To Improve Your Home's Curb Appeal

Most buyers are viewing homes online first. After seeing one house after another, if the outside of the house doesn't wow them, they may keep clicking. How do you make your home have great curb appeal?

Here are 6 ways:

Desert yards should have enough rocks to cover the yard and be weed free. Try to add some colorful bushes such as lantana, bougenvilla, bottlebrush, fairy dusters, bird of paradise, and ruella to make the yard look more lush.

If you have a lawn, make sure it is green. This may mean reseeding your lawn or even putting in fresh sod or artificial grass, but the end result is worth it.

Paint the entire outside of the house with a fresh coat of paint. Make sure that the colors are neutral and area approved by your homeowner's association.

Have all the windows and screens professionally cleaned.

Powerwash your driveway. Oil stains make the home appear dirty and unkept.

Replace old hardware. Change out the locks, door knobs, light fixtures and even the house numbers.
