Raised in Michigan and then moving on to Southern California, Kim quickly adapted to the sunshine and great climate of the southwest. Kim and her husband moved to Arizona in 1991 and have lived in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas ever since. They have two children, ages 11 and 9 yrs. old.

Kim’s market knowledge and marketing skills provide both buyers and sellers with the information needed to make life changing decisions. Attending numerous educational classes yearly, she keeps abreast of the ever changing real estate industry. She has earned both her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations along with maintaining her membership in the Council of Residential Specialists.

Uncompromising her standards of honesty and integrity, Kim goes the extra mile for her clients that put their trust and confidence in her. Having the wonderful fortune of loving her profession makes it truly gratifying to help her clients find the perfect home!

Kim has won several awards with Diamondback Realty L.L.C., including Outstanding Customer Service, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, and Top Producer 2004; Bronze Top Producer 2003.

Kim also puts her vast marketing knowledge to work for other agents at Diamondback Realty.  As a Marketing Coordinator on the Diamondback support team, she helps agents design and implement powerful marketing that helps agents produce a constant stream of new business, as well as getting their listings sold.
