A Popular Community Located in North Scottsdale

Driving into Grayhawk, you will be overwhelmed by the perks:  the award-winning clubhouse which features the upscale Quill Creek Restaurant, the great burgers of Phil's Grill, golf shop and trading company.  The golf shop lends golfers to two gorgeous 18-hole courses known as Talon and Raptor.  Wandering further into this resort-style living environment, you see that Grayhawk is two interconnected, yet distinct neighborhoods:  Talon Retreat and Raptor Retreat.  Within these communities are several smaller neighborhoods which each contain their own community pool and a cozy pocket park  creating that "neighborhood" feel.  Meandering throughout these serene enclaves

is over 30 miles of hiking, biking and jogging trails connecting all of Grayhawk.  Many of these paved walkways lead to the 15-acre city park complete with tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and baseball diamonds.  On the outskirts of the park rest a public elementary school, as well as a private one.  And finally, after a long day of swimming in the crystal clear pools and barbequing in their scattered pavilions, catch a breath-taking panorama of the surrounding rugged McDowell Mountains coupled with the long pastel vistas of the Sonoran Desert and feel a quiet sense of home.
