For being one of the youngest states in the nation – we have still preserved many of our historically significant properties. Most of the historic homes and neighborhoods in Phoenix are relatively newer compared to other states – built between the 1920’s and the 1950’s.   Some of the benefits of owning historic homes include: property tax break benefits, restoration grant opportunities, time-proved lasting construction, neighborhood district preservation, inclusion on the state and national historic registers, and of course the overwhelming amount of charm of each individual home.  We currently have over 370 historic properties from $60K to $1.6 Million!
